Screentone

Screentone is a technique for transferring textures and shades to drawings from preprinted sheets, used as an alternative to hatching or other pattern making. It is also known by the common brand names Zip-A-Tone (Zipatone, 1937), Chart-Pak (Chartpak, 1949), and Letratone (Letraset, 1966). [Wikipedia]
