Designed in Regular and Line styles and initially released in 2002. Inspired by a tenant board from GDR times in the Haus des Lehrers, featuring movable white plastic caps that were affixed via a thick underline. A lowercase was added in 2006 on the request of Hochschule der Künste Bern (HKB), and used for the metal letters of the university’s wayfinding system. The exclusive Tephe HKB also features accents that are attached directly to the base glyphs. [Gerlach]
The retail version was discontinued and replaced with FF Sizmo in 2017.
