Pharaon (Hollenstein)

Designed by Albert Boton in an Ultrabold weight plus an Oblique for Studio Hollenstein in 1972. [Klingspor-Museum] Shown in Hollenstein’s 1974 catalog in two variants, Pharaon 1 and 2. The latter has straightened bowls and shoulders. Not to be confused with Pharaon (Deberny & Peignot, 1933).

Pharaon (1) is digitally available from Monotype.
