Newsreader is “primarily intended for continuous on-screen reading in content-rich environments.” Comes in variable font format with axes for optical size and weight, in roman and italic. The static version spans 16 sizes (later reduced to 3 sizes for easier usability) from Caption (6pt) to Display (72pt), each in 8 weights. Design by Hugues Gentile.
