Shown by Alphabet Photosetting in 1979 as Jodrell Bank Condensed [Fontastique Faces]. Used already in 1973. Possibly by Dudley Rees who designed typefaces in the mid-1970s and whose ITC Black Tulip (1997) exhibits similarities.
