A revival made at Stempel under the direction of Rudolf Wolf. First cast as Garamond-Antiqua in 1925, followed by G.-Kursiv and Freie Initialen (1926), halbfett (1927), and Kursiv halbfett (1932). Adopted for the Linotype. Also cast by Funtimod, Reggiani (as Van Dyck), and Jezynskiego (as Warta). [Reichardt 2011] Stempel’s foundry version of the Kursiv came with a number of swash caps and terminal forms as well as ligatures.
