After having looked at a few specimens and re-read Mark Simonson’s valuable rundown of all the Bookmans included in the specimen to his own digital anthology Bookmania, my guess is that this is neo-Bookman Outline, a 1960s phototype version by Headliners International. It has the right weight and appears to include all alts. The nowadays better known ITC Bookman is quite different in many details, and it wasn’t released before 1975.
