Nice layout! Simple, but grabs your eye.
This appears to be a phototype version of ATF’s Clearface Heavy (sold by Stephenson Blake as “Extra Bold”). It never made it to digital, as far as I know. ITC Clearface Black is more of a linear progression from the other weights than was the original Clearface Heavy.
One similar face is Stephenson and Blake’s Dominus, but that was only available in its original tooled style until Red Rooster added Dominus Solid in 1997. This relative has a much higher contrast than Clearface, with hairline serifs.
