The unlikely combination of Klute and Granite typefaces used together – I think for the only time – for this Batman / Judge Dredd mash-up written by the renowned Alan Grant.

  1. The unidentified font appears to be a customized version of Percolator Text by T-26.

  2. You’re onto something, Keith. Difficult to tell if “Batman” really is based on Percolator, but it’s definitely very close. Added. The bold sans serif is Quagmire, another release from 1997.

  3. Wow, that’s so cool to see a font on something so dear and near to my heart. I wish the font wasn’t so expensive, but damn it’s cool. Very glad I found this site.

Turns out the previously unidentified font was misidentified as Percolator. It is in fact Envision by T-26 (same foundry). Only the serif on “t” has been flipped.

  5. Perfect. Thanks, Keith! Updated.
