Kudos to Fleurop Germany for using a distinctive and imaginative typeface! Unlike Interflora.co.uk, the Swiss fleurop.ch (both Neue Helvetica) or fleurop.com (Arial with the freebie Halo Handletter), the German flower messengers rely on Sibylle Hagmann’s Elido (Kontour).
This versatile contemporary sans-serif is employed in all media, from billboard ads and shop posters to the website, often prominently featuring its peculiar Upright Italic. Quite recently, even the old logo with the outlined yellow sausage letters has been replaced with (slightly rounded) plain brown caps from Elido Bold, at least online.
