First published in 1974 (using a swashy Bookman), Gather Together in My Name is a memoir by American writer and poet Maya Angelou. This 1980 edition uses Cooper Black Condensed, whose rounded serifs deflty handle the curved baseline, and ITC Bookman for the small text.
