Raf Rennie, Walker Art:

The following text was originally published in Modern Nostalgic Fantasies, a collection of texts about politics, virtuality, and science-fiction and their relation to a graphic design practice. All texts were written by Raf Rennie during the completion of a two-year MFA in graphic design at Yale University.

Graphic designer and writer Raf Rennie’s Modern Nostalgic Fantasies conjures a dark and vidid framework with its use of reversed type and technopunk graphics. Part of the text can be read here.

  1. I think the serif typeface for text is Trivia Humanist and the sans serif typeface for headings looks like Fugue Head.

But, I don’t know what serif typeface is used for the running heads.

  2. Wonderful, thanks a lot!

  3. I’ve found out what serif typeface was used on the bottom of the pages, e.g. “MODERN NOSTALGIC FANTASIES”. It also appears for “Shoji Kaw” in the 7th picture.

It’s Anno designed by Raf Rennie.
