Established in 2003, Achtung is a German fashion magazine published twice a year. The issues #28 “Babelsberg” (September 2014) and #29 “Fernweh” (March 2015) featured the rarely seen Kino.
This typeface that looks like it’s trimmed at the top and bottom edges doesn’t easily reveal its age, compare e.g. Phonetic (2017) or Mohol (2018). It’s the only typeface design credited to Martin Dovey, and was issued by Monotype in 1930. When used in all caps like here, Kino could also pass as a stiff cousin of Excoffon’s Banco (1951).
The magazine logo was introduced in 2013. Its letterforms are probably custom. A condensed DIN-like sans with round-top A and lowered bar on H would bring you there (out of the box, Woodhouse is close). The geometric sans serif used for smaller text is LL Brown.
