Whatchoo talkin’ bout, Willis?

Diff’rent Strokes is an American sitcom that aired on NBC from 1978 to 1985, and on ABC from 1985 to 1986. Despite some flourishes, the title font is Cooper Black Italic for “Diff’rent” and Cooper Black for “Strokes”.

In the titles of the first episode, the letterforms didn’t have a shadow yet.

  1. This series also set the standard for “very special episodes” that involved Aesops practically up to the present day.
