Next Generation, Please!

Next Generation, Please! is the latest offshoot of “Narratives for Europe” – a website on which writers, artists, journalists and analysts speak out about historical taboos, stereotypes, migration and change – and “New Narrative for Europe”, a European Commission project that brings thinkers, artists (Olafur Eliasson, Michelangelo Pistoletto, Cristina Iglesias), authors (György Konrad), architects (Rem Koolhaas) and other prominent figures together to reflect upon freedom, human dignity, democracy, equality and respect for human rights. Inspired by these two initiatives, BOZAR came up with the idea for Next Generation, Please! With this project they want to stimulate the public debate about European citizenship and encourage young people to share their ideas about the future of Europe with one another.
