From the illustrious Peter Pauper Press of upstate Mount Vernon, New York. Peter and Edna Beilenson were the original proprietors, producing beautifully printed books “at prices a pauper could afford.” The Beilenson family still runs the business.

The illustrator is Joseph Low. Edna Beilenson may have designed the book, but there is no designer credit.
