Narrative designed a series of three boxes and booklets for real estate firm Ogic to present their bid for the Clos Saint-Louis urban development project. The visual identity created highlights the project’s ambition: make a landscaped neighbourhood crossed over by a stream.

Booklets are typeset with Baron Neue. It was selected because of its glyphs which reflect the historic past of the site. Wigrum, from Production Type, is chosen for its ease of reading.

Process: silkscreen printing.
Paper: ColorPlan New Blue / Sirio Iris (phase 1); Keaykolour Azur / Keaykolour Royal Blue (phase 2); Sirio Dark Blu / Sirio Iris (phase 3)
