This album cover was not intended to happen but luckily for typographically minded people it did: Nico Di Palo, Maurizio Salvi, Frank Laugelli and Gianni Belleno had to improvise a new band name and record cover due to legal proceedings over their intended band name (New Trolls). Instead of going back to their old band name (Ut), the album sleeve was printed without the name of the group, showing a large question mark instead. Shortly after this release, the musicians split up and formed two new bands, Triton and Ibis.

The question mark is set in Stack, released a few years earlier by Face Photosetting based on a design by Les Lawrence. The frayed outlines of the question mark could indicate it is photographed and enlarged dry transfer lettering (available from Mecanorma since 1972).
