Band Aid was a 1984 musical project headed up by The Boomtown Rats singer and activist Bob Geldof that included some of the biggest artists in the UK and Ireland. In 1989, Geldof rounded up a second round of musicians for Band Aid II and re-recorded the single “Do They Know It’s Christmas?”. Musicians included Kylie Minogue, Cathy Dennis, and members of Bananarama. The single topped the charts in the UK and Ireland, later certified Platinum for 600,000 copies sold.

Raleigh Gothic is used with two of its alternate glyphs; the round-top A and the minuscule N. The title in bold Helvetica unfortunately features an acute accent in place of a proper apostrophe.
