Jeu de construction is a book by graphic artist Paul Cox, designed by deValence and published by Éditions B42. It has grown from a blog that the artist wrote on a daily basis during his exhibition that was held at Centre Pompidou (Paris) in 2005. It shows the exploration process of Paul Cox, his way of researching and his sources for inspiration, freely mixing different mediums such as photography and illustrations.

All typography uses BTP, constructed of only straight lines, which lends the typeface a looks as if it has been built with bricks, echoing the title Jeu de construction (“building game”).
