The letterforms used for the singer’s name seem to use a solidified version of Photo-Lettering’s Halloween. It might be a case of lettering derived from typeface, or maybe there was a knockoff by another phototype provider. There are a few differences that go beyond the omission of Halloween’s contour lines around counters and apertures, see e.g. A or M. Jappears to be a mirrored L.
The other text is set in Helvetica, with tight letterspacing but loose wordspacing.
