Personal redesign for For Long Tomorrow, the second full-length album released by Japanese math rock band toe (2009).

I was always attracted by the visual relationship of Japanese and Western characters when combined. Making the redesign of this album was the perfect excuse to put it into practice.

The math rock, musical genre of the band, borns at the same time in the United States and Japan, the use of both Neue Helvetica and PingFang reflects the duality and connection of both countries.

I made two versions, a western version with Neue Helvetica as the main type and a Japanese version with a focus on PingFang.
