A rather minimalist yet striking – and quintessentially 1970s – cover, relying on the futuristic appeal of Marvin and the combination of two loud colors. Originally issued by Face Photosetting in the UK in 1969, Marvin was added to Letraset’s library of faces for dry-transfer lettering sometime before 1971, which certainly helped with its international dissemination.
