An engaging brand identity is developed to differentiate the project in a competitive property landscape. The project, high above the city at Spring Hill, Brisbane was renamed Cirrus, and the Theola team created a refined, contemporary identity that delivered on the brand promise of ‘an elevated approach to city living’ underpinned by the positioning ‘High above it all’.
Ogg is used as the main typeface, paired with Neue Haas Grotesk for text in small sizes.
