This is the shop sign for Gustaf’s Studio & Gallery, an arts and crafts shop with a gallery selling a mixture of handmade items, prints and gifts. The use of Lettres Art Nouveau mixed in with an unidentified sans serif immediately caught my eye as the use of the sans serif (probably Myriad) in my opinion rather ruined the use of the Lettres Art Nouveau. I am guessing the digital version of the font lacked an ampersand but the use of the lowercase s seems particularly strange.

Here’s another use of Lettres Art Nouveau, from 1970. Coincidentally, it’s also linked to Scotland. In that post, I’ve added a bit of the history of this alphabet.
Certainly, not what I would call beautiful.
Ugh, how frustrating. Assuming drawing an & in the style wasn’t an option, I would have suggested that it wouldn’t be too hard to assemble a matching + from bits of the other letters.
