Concept and photographic direction by Paul Kooiker. Michèle Lamy is photographed by Rick Owens and Kim Kardashian is photographed by Kanye West. Creative direction by Marc Ascoli, and interviews by Stefan Kalmár.
Most typography is set in Syncro and Syncro Mono, with some headlines and captions using a customized monospaced grotesk by British Standard Type.
