Harbour is used for the logo of Belgian chocolate company Leonidas, started in 1913 by Greek-American confectioner Leonidas Kestekides in Brussels. From Wikipedia:

Leonidas has 350 shops in Belgium and nearly 1,250 stores in around 50 countries including 340 in France. Leonidas has become one of the highest producing, widespread chocolate companies in the world.

The wordmark is accompanied by the line “Fine Belgian Chocolate” in changing script fonts. The golden cocoa butter packaging shown above features Richard Lipton’s Sloop Script. The variant on blue has Michael Clark’s P22 Sweepy.
