Reneighbouring Hounslow
From design studio Simon Inc.:
London Borough of Hounslow asked us to create the branding for their ambitious multi-million pound housing estate regeneration programme. They wanted something that broke the mould of marketing and comms for council housing departments and set a new benchmark for design for social housing.
And they needed it within 5 weeks.
We created Reneighbouring Hounslow.
The Re\ logo is based on my Aziga, with the R shrunk down to the x-height for a unicase look. This might have looked better with a bit more customisation to increase the weight of the R. The backslash is maybe too heavy to read as a backslash, and looks like an abstract v, but the logo is eye-catching and repeating the abstract shapes throughout the branding is a nice touch. The sans serif is Foco.
