This social poster titled “Рэйкавая вайна 1944” is dedicated to the railway sabotage during World War II which took place in different countries including the territory of Belarus. Wikipedia says:
It was used by partisans and rail workers to harass and confuse the invaders, misdirect, destroy, and lose their troops and supplies, and also damage railroad infrastructure, denying the occupiers its use.
Designer Kanstantyn Rakitsky used a Cyrillic adaptation of New Zelek.
