Sandy Dvore’s cover design features what must be an early use of Hoffman Caps. This revival of a capital alphabet reproduced in the second edition of Strong’s Book of Designs (1917) is shown in the 1968 catalog of Lettergraphics, a Californian phototype company that was founded in the mid 1960s. The track names are set in all-lowercase italic Century Expanded.
