With 76 leadership models – some of them newly developed, some of them revised – the handbook summarises the most important models for reflecting and organising oneself, understanding and supporting others, leading teams and understanding and developing organisations.
Graphically reduced, enriched with pictograms, the models are intended to serve as a working tool not only in the context of teaching at the Business School of the Bern University of Applied Sciences. The book is also intended to provide food for thought in companies and organisations on strategic management, personnel leadership or process management.
Diglû, a font with pictograms, is used throughout the book.
