My personal website is designed to allow my essays to speak, instead of a list of credentials or a personal ‘sales pitch’ as is common in the personal brand space.
The slightly rounded corners on both Newake (title) and Tiempos (subtitle) creates a natural pair. This is supported by Aperçu as the typeface for body copy.
The entire website is grayscale and text is a low contrast gray which lends a ‘clay-like’ look and feel in combination with the rounded corners of the large typefaces.
