Yona Wallach (Hebrew: יונה וולך; June 10, 1944 – September 26, 1985) was an Israeli poet. She is considered a revolutionary Israeli feminist and post-modernist.
The book אנדרטה של צרעת – כל המחזות (“A Monument to Leprosy – The Complete Dramatic Works”) from 2021 is the first publication of a trilogy of plays written by Yonah Wallach between 1967 and 1971. It was published by Oded Carmely & Shani Pocker of Israel-based publisher Hava LeHaba,
Alongside the trilogy, the book includes abstracts and sketches, radio plays and plays for children that she wrote almost up to the day she died in 1985. This is the largest publication out of Yonah Wallach’s legacy, and it includes the bulk of the prose written by the poet.
The book is almost completely set in Hebrew and was designed by Idan Epshtien. It features Naipe Foundry's Discórdia as the main text typeface and in the chapter titles. Three of the styles were used: Regular, Italic and Bold. For footnotes and other secondary text, the book uses HaGilda’s Arbel.
The title on the cover is lettering made by the book designer based on letters traced from a Jewish gravestone found by him.
