“Square Dance” appears to be set in a stretched version of Rustic No. 2, an ancient, log-based typeface. It’s paired on the front cover with Howard Trafton’s Cartoon, shown here in both of its original two weights, and the similarly-wooden Norton Slapstick.

The back cover is a smorgasbord of type styles. The featured typefaces include  (“Recorded in Nashville, Tennessee”),  schmalhalbfett and  (side headers),  (track list), and  (right column). The wide informal caps used for “Square Dance” are yet unidentified.
