Pasta Casalinga is a down-to-earth memorable flavor experience built on a constant search for fresh and inspiring local products from markets, local fishermen and farmers. United by a common passion for top quality ingredients and all the stories behind them, Italian born and raised Michela and northwestern soul Nathan are the joyous crafters behind Pasta Casalinga: everyday they handcraft a wide range of pasta types and cook signature dishes mixing the best local products from the Pacific Northwest with Italian traditions. Moving from pre-existing brand elements, in the last year Pasta Casalinga has embraced a soft restyling journey (including new merchandise, product labels and a brand new website). The new website is fully responsive and enriched with illustrations by Daniele Simonelli. Take a journey inside Pasta Casalinga’s menu, you’ll get to know more about their suppliers and learn the names of a bunch of pasta types you didn’t know about.
