The sans serif at the top and bottom of the letterhead is Vogue. The rest of the document uses Spartan (or Futura).

  1. Xi, it’s merely an educated guess. From the 1930s to the 1950s, Spartan was much more common in the US as it was more widely distributed here. As of 1967, that may have changed, so I may be stretching with my assumption. Unfortunately, there are no stark design characteristics visible in this use that would distinguish Spartan from Futura (such as alternate ‘a’, signpainter’s quotes, flat barred ‘1’ on the regular weight).
