Each issue of the graphic arts journal Graphische Nachrichten had a completely unique cover design employing various typefaces, lettering, and/or illustration. In this case, two fairly new Rudolf Koch faces were used. (Prisma was released just the year before, in 1931.) And the type even got a credit at the bottom of the cover.

Do I see Kabel at the bottom?
Yes — the light cut, as listed in the typeface credits.
