Earlier this year, a group of Creative staff members at Hallmark Cards headquarters was asked (or ‘tasked’, to use current jargon) to create graphics for the annual United Way pledge drive. This year’s team did a brilliant job of combining words, images, and formats. Some pieces were executed as wall graphics, and others were printed on coffee cozies and table tents for the company cafeteria.
The designer was Allison Stolte, the charming illustrations were by Flora Chang, and the writer was Dana Babler.
[I listed Palatino as one of the fonts used because it appears at the top of the large piece in the third photo. The designer told me, though, that she used Sentinel on that line, which was mysteriously changed to Palatino italic when the job came back from the printer.]
Thanks the great write-up and kind words! The campaign looked great this year and is one the studio always looks forward to. Non-profit clients can be the best as they tend to be so appreciative of any and all support. We heard quite a bit of buzz in the building about this year’s campaign. Congrats to the Creative Marketing Studio!
