Embrionic (1972) in early use on the German sleeve of a single by Neil Sedaka (b. 1939), featuring two songs from his album Solitaire. Embrionic is here used with a swash N that lacks the top flourish. Several other glyphs appear to be customized, too: A and E got notches echoing those in the lowercase, the terminals in E were straightened, the t bar was trimmed, and the G has a different, more open form than what’s shown in a 1982 specimen.
